As President and Chief Executive Officer at Home Franchise Concepts, Andy strives to create an environment that enables franchisees and associates to realize their full potential. With decades of experience in franchising, Andy has led various consumer-facing enterprises in the US and abroad. Before joining Home Franchise Concepts, he served as President of Krispy Kreme North America and held executive leadership roles at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Churchill Downs Incorporated and Pepsi Co. He earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy. At Home Franchise Concepts, his primary focus is driving the long-term growth, success, and strategy of the organization and brand family.

As Chief Financial Officer at Home Franchise Concepts, Amir leads all aspects of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, short and long-range planning and budgeting, and treasury. With deep experience in high-growth, multi-site retail environments, he contributes a unique understanding of direct-to-consumer concepts to the organization. Amir has an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, and Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Heather is dedicated to raising the profile and perception of the Home Franchise Concepts brand family. With a strong focus on driving growth and achieving business objectives, she joined Home Franchise Concepts in 2021 and has led several successful rebranding initiatives since joining the company. Heather has over 20 years of experience building strategic brand platforms and integrated marketing initiatives at large companies, including Mattel, Taco Bell, Nissan, and Allergan.

As Chief People Officer at Home Franchise Concepts, Paige focuses on establishing and building connections with the leadership team and associates within our family of brands. Paige came to us from JM Family’s Automotive Division. With twenty years of experience in Human Resources, she has a diverse background spanning manufacturing, education, and retail. Leveraging her prior roles and leadership experience, Paige’s strong operational HR expertise, demonstrated business partnership, and culture focused approach serves her well in this position.

As President of Two Maids and Aussie Pet Mobile, Paul is honored to lead two high-growth concepts. He has extensive experience in finance and accounting, having served as a CFO and Controller at previous organizations. Paul joined Two Maids in 2019 to lead the brand’s financial strategies and was appointed Two Maids’ President a year later. In 2023 he was also appointed President of Aussie Pet Mobile to build upon the brand’s continued success through driving efficiency and profitability for its franchise owners.

As President of Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up, Heidi embraces an engaged and personalized leadership approach. Heidi is a second-generation franchise owner. Her father founded Kitchen Tune-Up in 1988, and she joined the “Tuniverse” in 2003, becoming president in 2017. With a family-oriented culture, Heidi is uniquely equipped to nurture leaders and drive the continued growth for the Tune-Up brands. 

As President of Budget Blinds, Heather leads a strong network of franchisees. Heather joined Home Franchise Concepts in 2019 as Chief Marketing Officer. In 2021, she became President of The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage, successfully leading the growth and development of both brands. In June 2023, Heather was appointed President of Budget Blinds to apply her impactful leadership skills and experience to continue furthering the brand. Prior to Home Franchise Concepts, Heather held key leadership roles at organizations such as Tillys, Irvine Company, and Mattel.

As Home Franchise Concept’s primary legal advisor, Jennie provides invaluable leadership and guidance. She holds a degree in Law from Deakin University School of Law and possesses a robust skill set that includes Licensing, Commercial Litigation, Contract Negotiation, Negotiation, Mergers and Acquisitions, and more. Jennie has been with Home Franchise Concepts since 2004. With over 30 years of experience as an in-house attorney and franchisor operations specialist, she offers a wealth of insight and expertise in the field.

As Vice President of Franchise Development, Aaron leads the strategic planning and direction of franchise growth. He joined Home Franchise Concepts in 2007 and has held various roles within the organization including Director of Franchise Development and Senior Franchise Advisor.  Aaron leads a stellar team of Franchise Advisors who have participated in awarding over 2,600 franchise territories throughout North America. Prior to Home Franchise Concepts, Aaron gained valuable experience in sales and business development at companies including Best Buy, Visioneer, and Ingram Micro.

As Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Bill leads the IT Team which supports all Home Franchise Concepts’ brands, providing enterprise level technology solutions that enable our franchise owners to seamlessly support their customers. As a technology leader working for well-known, multi-billion dollar companies for over 25 years, Bill has been immersed in architecting technical solutions to meet complex enterprise level business needs with a heavy emphasis on data analytics, custom application development and AI.
